Get the receiving details
- Warehouse name, recipient and contact phone number.
- Province, city and full warehouse address in mainland China.
- Any customer code, warehouse reference or receiving instructions required by your forwarder.
Confirm domestic freight
Enter the warehouse details in the order and check them with us on WhatsApp. Our team confirms freight for each order. Pending freight does not mean free delivery. Confirm freight and the total before paying offline using the agreed method.
Dispatch and onward transport
After full payment is verified, we dispatch to the agreed forwarder warehouse in mainland China. Confirm international transport, customs, charges and timing with your forwarder. This guide does not provide an international door-to-door quote or a fixed arrival date.
